| I. Background | |
| 補體 C5a 是由補體系統經 C5 轉化酶裂解 C5 產生的強效炎癥介質，作為核心過敏毒素 通過結合受體 C5aR1/C5aR2 驅動中性粒細胞趨化、氧化爆發及炎性因子（IL-6/TNF-α）釋 放，在膿毒癥中誘發“細胞因子風暴"，在自身免疫?。ㄈ珙愶L濕關節炎）中促進組織侵 蝕，在腫瘤微環境募集髓系抑制細胞（MDSC）介導免疫逃逸。 C5aR1（CD88）是補體過敏毒素 C5a 的高親和力 GPCR，主要表達于髓系細胞（中性 粒細胞、單核細胞、肥大細胞），通過激活 Gi/Gq 蛋白-PI3K/MAPK 通路驅動炎癥級聯反 應。 | |
